Job Description

We’re seeking a compassionate and articulate professional to serve as the cornerstone of our patient communication and conversion efforts. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for women seeking specialized care, requiring a unique blend of sales acumen, healthcare knowledge, and empathetic communication skills. You’ll manage incoming inquiries, convert potential patients into appointments, and support various administrative and marketing functions. Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries, demonstrating exceptional phone etiquette and empathetic communication
  • Convert inquiries into appointments by effectively articulating the value of our specialized treatments and addressing patient concerns
  • Manage the clinic’s scheduling system, ensuring efficient patient flow and maximizing practitioner time
  • Coordinate communication between patients, our practice, and referring physicians to ensure seamless care
  • Process paperwork, handle follow-up communications, and maintain accurate patient records
  • Contribute to our social media presence by assisting with content creation and engagement strategies
  • Conduct targeted outreach to potential referring providers, including gynecologists, urologists, and GI doctors
  • Support marketing efforts by identifying upselling opportunities and promoting additional services when appropriate
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies for improving patient conversion rates

Requirements
  • A mature, professional demeanor and a passion for women’s health
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills with clear, accent-neutral English
  • Demonstrated ability in sales or customer service, with a talent for persuasive communication
  • Comfort and tact when discussing sensitive health topics related to women’s health
  • Proficiency in using internet-based phone systems, scheduling software, and basic computer applications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare administration, communications, or business)
  • Previous experience in customer service or healthcare administration is highly desirable
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
  • Empathetic nature with a genuine desire to help women access specialized care
  • Ability to work full-time, Monday to Thursday, 8 AM to 6 PM (Central Time)
  • Willingness to learn about women’s health issues and stay updated on the latest treatments and care approaches
