The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services

Enterprise Services Infrastructure/IT Service Management Operations is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to join our team. The intern will support efforts to drive service delivery improvements through data query and capture, analysis, and the presentation of ServiceNow data via dashboards, scorecards, and leadership reports.

What You Will Do 

  • Assist in creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and queries using ServiceNow and MS Excel.
  • Support the creation and upkeep of documentation related to service delivery reporting.
  • Collaborate with Infrastructure teams to ensure consistent and accurate documentation of development or modification requirements for dashboards.
  • Provide recommendations for developing new reports and queries to measure trends, key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

What You Will Learn

  • Develop skills in data analysis, reporting, and IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices.
  • Generate, maintain, and customize reports and dashboards using ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
  • Create and manage ad-hoc reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Analyze ITSM data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Candidates must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and must not graduate before August 2025. Please submit a copy of your academic transcripts with your application.

  • Basic familiarity with process optimization, automation, or documentation management.

  • Ability to clearly convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Location: This position is remote.
Please consider the following role type definition as you apply for this role:
Remote: This position is currently designated as remote. However, the successful candidate will be required to work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. Territories). Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home).  An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
