Job Title: Director, Go-to-Market Solutions
Location: Remote, USA
Job Summary: The Go-to-Market Solutions Director will lead the unified development and execution of go-to-market (initially sales & marketing) process and technology to drive business growth and market penetration. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on business objectives, optimize go-to-market processes, and the associated applications and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies and systems that align with business goals and drive market penetration.
• Oversee the development and optimization of go-to-market processes focused on increasing effectiveness and efficiency in the areas of marketing campaigns, lead and opportunity lifecycle management, and data integration and cleansing.
• Design and build account engagement model focused on partners and ideal prospects.
• Enhance lead flow and scoring leveraging behavioral, demographic, and telemetry information to better align our efforts and investments with our ideal partner and customer profiles.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, channel, business intelligence, and other teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of go-to-market systems.
• Monitor and report on the performance of go-to-market initiatives, using data and analytics to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop a GTM road map for systems identifying top priorities, required resources, growth opportunities, and road-blocking tech debt.
• Influence and improve partner portal.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in go-to-market process, systems, and strategy development and execution.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with GTM systems and applications and the successful integration of systems including SalesForce, Eloqua, and Demandbase.
