Tasks & Responsibilities:
  • Identify and seize new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, and relationship building, focused on delivering OTO solutions that align with client needs;
  • Foster and maintain long-term, trust-based partnerships with clients, ensuring a holistic approach to meeting their goals and providing lasting value;
  • Understand the full spectrum of client needs, presenting OTO products or services that not only solve immediate challenges but also enhance overall business outcomes;
  • Lead comprehensive sales presentations, product demos, and negotiations, driving successful closures that create sustainable client relationships;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, and product development, to deliver integrated, client-centric solutions;
  • Maintain an organized, accurate record of all client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline developments in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), ensuring transparency and alignment across teams;
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals while focusing on creating meaningful, long-term client success;
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, competitor developments, and emerging market conditions to offer valuable, forward-thinking insights that enhance client strategy;
  • Manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, balancing diverse needs and timelines while ensuring the timely delivery of OTO solutions that exceed expectations;
  • Leverage CRM software and sales analytics tools to effectively manage and track client interactions and performance throughout the entire OTO lifecycle;
  • Any other duties as required by management.
Requirements:

For this role, it is essential that have 

  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any other related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.

It will be considered a big plus if you:

  • Previous work in fast-growing SaaS start-ups
