About the Role:
CALSTART is seeking an intern to support the Clean Off-Road Equipment (CORE) team, gaining hands-on experience in voucher-based incentive programs, data management, and process optimization. This role offers insight into funding distribution, workflow automation, and quality assurance in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
The intern will work closely with internal teams to maintain data integrity, enhance workflows, and document critical processes using Monday.com and Salesforce. They will also support dealer and equipment onboarding, perform QA/QC checks, and assist in refining voucher processing procedures to improve program efficiency.
This is a part time internship requiring a 25 hour per week commitment.
What You'll Do: Assist with dealer and equipment onboarding, ensuring accurate data entry and compliance.Perform QA/QC checks to maintain data accuracy and system integrity.Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for program workflows.Collaborate with internal teams to enhance data validation, reporting, and workflow automation.Support process optimization to streamline voucher processing and program operations.What You Bring To The Table: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and work independently.Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Strong written communication skills for SOP development and documentation.Interest in clean transportation, incentive programs, and sustainability.Desired Qualifications: Familiarity with Monday.com, Salesforce, or other CRM/project management tools.Experience with Microsoft Excel, data analysis tools, or CRM systems (preferred).Ability to identify inefficiencies and propose workflow improvements.Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data accuracy and operational efficiency.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with internal teams.We understand that not everyone will match the above qualifications 100%.
