We’re looking for a dynamic Small Group Client Manager to join our team and make an impact from day one! In this role, you’ll manage a book of business consisting of small groups (50-100 lives) primarily based in New York. While the accounts may be smaller in size, the impact is just as big – we’re seeking a consultative partner who can deliver creative strategies and thoughtful solutions to meet each client’s unique needs. You’ll be the go-to advisor for your clients, building strong relationships and designing tailored benefit strategies that drive real value. This is a remote position but preferred candidates will be based in NY or surrounding area and bring recent experience manager New York-based small (50-100 EE's) employer groups.
