Job description

At Foxelli Group, we're not just leading the digital marketplace - we're redefining it. With 10 years of experience and a portfolio of thriving direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands generating over $20 million USD annually, we’re pushing boundaries to achieve our next growth milestone.

That’s why we’re on the hunt for a Mid-Senior Media Buyer who’s ready to make a real impact.

❕This role is 100% remote and you will join a team that already works from 20 different world countries.

THE ROLE

As a Junior Media Buyer, you'll play a key part in both the operational and strategic aspects of media buying. You'll manage the uploading and scheduling of ads across various channels—including Meta, Google, YouTube, Pinterest, TV Ads, TikTok, Reddit, and others—while also contributing to campaign strategy, performance improvement, and collaborative discussions on growth opportunities. Working under a Senior Media Buyer, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and grow into a more strategic media buyer over time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ad Upload & Management:

    • Accurately upload and schedule ads into the Meta accounts (and other platforms) according to campaign guidelines.

    • Ensure that ad creatives and copy are implemented as planned, meeting quality and timing standards.

  • Campaign Performance Support:

    • Assist in tracking campaign metrics and compiling basic performance reports.

    • Analyze initial data to identify trends and suggest improvements for enhanced campaign performance.

  • Strategic Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the media buying team to develop and refine campaign strategies.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Creative, Growth, and Copy teams—to optimize ad performance and explore new growth opportunities.

    • Participate in discussions on potential areas for strategic growth, contributing fresh ideas and insights.

  • Support & Coordination:

    • Maintain consistency and quality in ad deployments while troubleshooting and resolving operational issues.

    • Keep clear records of ad deployments and any adjustments made during campaigns.

  • Learning & Development:

    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital advertising.

    • Engage in team training sessions and actively seek feedback to continuously enhance your skills in both operational tasks and strategic planning.

    • Benefit from strong leadership and mentorship designed to help you evolve into a proficient media buyer.
