Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Media Buyer Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time, entry-level position perfect for someone looking to start their career in digital marketing and media buying. As a Media Buyer Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our media buying team by building and managing ads across various ad accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating, launching, and monitoring online Meta Ads advertising campaigns.
  • Maintain and update ad accounts, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
  • Collaborate with the media buying team to implement ad strategies and optimize campaigns for performance.
  • Prepare and compile performance reports to track the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
  • Handle administrative tasks and provide general support to the media buying team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and advertising concepts.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Some experience with Meta Ads is a significant plus.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and platforms.
