About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Media Buyer with a minimum of 3 years of experience to manage and optimize lead generation campaigns across digital channels. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional with expertise in B2B lead generation, preferably in the education and healthcare industries. The Media Buyer will work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute campaigns aimed at acquiring high-quality leads, optimizing performance, and achieving maximum ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation Campaigns: Develop, implement, and manage lead generation campaigns that meet client objectives, particularly in B2B, education, and healthcare sectors.
  • Media Planning and Buying: Execute and optimize media buying strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and programmatic advertising, ensuring budget alignment and effective bid strategies.
  • Performance Analysis: Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights to improve conversion rates, lower cost-per-lead, and optimize ROI.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to understand target audiences, market trends, and competitor activities, helping to shape effective media strategies.
  • A/B Testing: Regularly perform A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to optimize conversion rates and reduce CPA.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with creative, content, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns align with brand messaging and target audience goals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in media buying and digital advertising, with a strong focus on lead generation.
  • Proven track record of managing successful B2B campaigns, preferably within education, healthcare, or other lead-generation-intensive industries.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting to interpret performance and optimize campaigns effectively.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
