Key responsabilities:

Manage VAT/GST reporting and file returns while reconciling positions across the Group.

Engage with and manage relationships with external tax and accounting providers to ensure timely corporate tax returns and outsourced filings.

Ensure timely and accurate statutory financial reporting across various jurisdictions.

Provide technical accounting support and tax guidance to the wider Finance team and assist with Finance team projects.

✅The Role

We are looking for a new hire to develop and strengthen the Tax and Compliance team within the global Finance function.

You will be involved in setting up new processes across the compliance function to expand our in house capability and optimising external partner engagements, ensuring efficient, timely and accurate reporting across our various jurisdictions.

✅Responsibilities and Duties

Manage VAT/GST reporting

File returns, reconcile positions across the Group

Manage external providers

Engage with and manage relationships with external tax and accounting providers, ensuring corporate tax returns and all other outsourced filings take place as planned.

Audit and Statutory financial reporting

Ensure timely and correct statutory reporting across various jurisdictions.

Support the wider Finance team

Provide technical accounting support to the accounting team and tax guidance cross functionally across the organisation
Develop and manage the Controls and Governance process
Implement Process improvements
Assist with and partner on Finance team projects

✅Essential

Proven international experience in Tax and Accounting, specifically:
- corporate tax returns
- statutory audit
- financial statement preparation
- VAT/ESL/GST filings
Good working knowledge of Navision
Structured approach to problem solving,
Attention to detail and big picture lense.
Proficient communicator to deliver key messages at all levels of the organisation.
Advanced user of Microsoft Office tools (Excel / Word / PowerPoint).
