What You'll Do
Docusign is looking for an experienced and motivated tax manager to lead key aspects of Docusign’s global annual and interim consolidated income tax reporting, including income tax provision, tax forecasting, and transfer pricing.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Head of Tax.
Responsibility
- Build internal processes around the tax forecasting process and guide cash tax forecasting models related to domestic and foreign operations
- Partner with external advisors to complete global transfer pricing compliance, maintain the transfer pricing model, intercompany agreements, calculate and/or review the intercompany cross charges, work with Accounting teams to post the transfer pricing entries
- Lead the international portion of the US income tax calculation and provision, with expertise on Subpart F, GILTI, BEAT, FDII, foreign tax credits and cash repatriation
- Manage and review international tax compliance, including managing the external service provider
- Monitor US international related legislative and regulatory changes support tax modeling and planning

What You Bring
Basic
- Bachelor’s degree, with emphasis in accounting or finance
- 8+ years of corporate tax and/or accounting firm experience with a strong working knowledge of international tax matters
- Experience with advanced Microsoft Excel functions
Preferred
- Public company multinational corporation experience and/or public accounting firm experience (i.e., Big 4)
- Master’s degree in Tax or Accounting and/or CPA
- Excellent tax research, analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communications skills, including the ability to communicate cross-functionally to tax and non-tax professionals
Wage Transparency
Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $122,300.00 - $190,650.00 base salary
Illinois and Colorado: $116,500.00 - $160,150.00 base salary
Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $116,500.00 - $168,200.00 base salary
Washington DC: $122,300.00 - $168,200.00 base salary
This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits .
