Celigo is looking for a Payroll Analyst located in the Philippines. This role requires you to work during US business hours, Monday through Friday.

What would you do, if hired?

  • Prepares full-cycle semi-monthly payroll and ad-hoc payroll for 200+ US employees in 20+ states.
  •  Manages timely and accurate payroll processes for new hires, transfers, leave of absence, promotions, and terminations, as well as garnishments, PTO, benefits, and taxes.
  • Maintains ADP Time & Attendance.
  • Generates and audits payroll reports for payroll and ad-hoc requests.
  • Assists with financial audit, 401(k) audit, and workers’ comp audit.
  • Responds to employee payroll inquiries, including but not limited to pay details, tax withholdings, PTO, garnishment, and 401(k).
  • Strong knowledge of federal/state payroll withholdings and proper taxation of employer benefits.
  • Assists in the preparation and distribution of year-end W-2s to employees 

Who are we looking for?

  • 2 years processing US payroll
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now (required)
  • ADP Celergo (preferred)
  • Sales Comp Calculation Experience (nice to have)
  • Proficiency in Excel required (ie. Sumif, if statements, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH formulas).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all levels of an organization.
  • High-level attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize workloads, and tasks, meet deadlines, and respond to changing priorities in a hyper-growth environment.
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and work collaboratively.
