Job description

Workstate seeks an experienced AWS Architect to join our dynamic team! If your mission is to find a career that delivers collaborative teamwork, active learning and mentoring, and leaving a legacy of world-class results, you’ll fit right in at Workstate.

We are looking for a self-motivated engineer who is passionate about migrating on-prem monoliths to modern microservices architectures on AWS.

This is a full-time contract position.

Requirements

Experience with serverless frameworks (AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Cognito, Dynamo, etc.).
Experience with AWS Services (EKS, RDS, OpenSearch, S3, IAM, Secrets Manager, KMS).
Desirable experience with event driven architecture.
Desirable experience with one or more major programming languages: Go, Python, Java.
Deep understanding of cloud security practices and compliance standards in the payments industry.
