Our client, a rapidly growing iGaming startup, is looking for an experienced Head of Design to lead and oversee the visual identity of the brand. This fully remote role requires a creative leader with a strong artistic vision, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the iGaming industry. The ideal candidate will manage a team of designers, ensuring high-quality visuals across all platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
Develop and implement a cohesive visual strategy that aligns with the brand’s identity and business goals.
Oversee the creation of marketing materials, UI/UX assets, advertisements, social media visuals, and other creative content.
Manage a team of graphic designers, illustrators, and motion artists, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Maintain and refine brand guidelines, ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to enhance user experience and brand storytelling.
Lead creative concept development for campaigns, promotions, and new product launches.
Review and approve designs, animations, and visual assets, ensuring they adhere to high artistic and technical standards.
Stay up to date with iGaming industry trends, competitor visuals, and emerging design technologies to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
Work with external agencies, freelancers, and creative partners when necessary to scale production.
Ensure all visual content complies with iGaming regulations and advertising guidelines.
Required Qualifications:
Fluency in Russian and English (written and spoken) is essential.
Previous experience in the iGaming industry is mandatory.
3+ years of experience in art direction, creative leadership, or design management.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital design, branding, and marketing visuals.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and other relevant design tools.
Experience with UI/UX design principles, wireframing, and game-related visual assets.
Ability to manage and mentor a creative team, providing guidance and feedback.
Understanding of animation, motion graphics, and video editing is a plus.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
Experience in 3D design and rendering tools (Blender, Cinema 4D).
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for web-based design collaboration.
Familiarity with conversion-driven design for marketing and advertising campaigns.
