Hello Tech Talents, we are assisting our client from to find a Head of Engineering to join their team with the following details:

Our client is a mobile solution that transforms manual checklists into instant insights by enabling frontline workers to implement standard operating procedures and automate workflows in a simple way.

Requirements :
  • Several years of hands-on software design and development experience in a customer-serving and/or platform context, preferably involving high scale distributed systems
  • Has 5 years experience of people management experience in a technology leadership role, including experience mentoring senior leaders on management and technical tracks
  • Experience in mobile development (React.js and Flutter/Kotlin/Swift)
  • Experience leading and growing a team of Engineers
  • Experience with developing automated internal frameworks, increasing developer and release velocity, improved code health, and building developer tools.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills along with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • A solid foundation in software design, data structures and algorithms, and strong analytical skills and debugging skills
  • A connection to industry-level trends and best practices, with the ability to advocate for and achieve continuous change and evolution
  • Track record of retaining, developing, motivating, and mentoring highly effective teams.
  • History of success building and managing teams that are accountable, reliable, and performance-oriented
  • Technology : ReactJS, React Native, Firebase, Redux, MongoDB , TypeScript

Job Descriptions : 
  • Work closely with CTO to lead the engineering team by managing, mentoring, hiring, and embodying the values of our team
  • Manage and execute against project plans and delivery commitments within an agile environment
  • Be responsible for high-level plans for allocation of resources, creating mentorship programs, hiring and retaining our first-rate engineering team.
  • Work closely with the engineers to architect and develop the best technical architecture and approach
  • Continue to innovate and overcome technology limitations to deliver a delightful customer experience
  • Report on the status of development, quality, operations, and system performance to ownership and your peers in the executive leadership team
