Location:
Remote (PST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 1400 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (PST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented People Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role will serve as a key member of our People team, responsible for managing essential workforce operations and providing comprehensive administrative support for all employee-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and optimize the employee lifecycle processes, including new hire onboarding, transfers, and offboarding
  • Process bi-weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely completion while maintaining strict confidentiality
  • Manage and maintain the company-wide leave calendar, tracking vacation, sick time, and other types of leave
  • Coordinate and track completion of employee training programs
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, career development, and general people capital matters
  • Maintain accurate employee records
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinate company culture initiatives and employee engagement activities


Qualifications:

  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience with Deel and Slack
  • Background in people operations, HR administration, or related functions
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with remote workforce management
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Familiarity with ATS and recruitment platforms
