Job Title: Office Manager & HR Lead
Location:
Remote (CST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 2500 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST)

Position Overview:

The Office Manager & HR Lead is a critical role that will help drive company operations, HR functions, and select marketing initiatives. Working closely with the CEO and Head of Operations & Finance, this role will manage office systems, support recruitment and HR processes, and assist with sales and marketing tasks. This is a dynamic position suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee office management and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth company operations.
  • Manage HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and payroll preparation.
  • Support company operations by organizing office procedures, handling correspondence, and managing filing systems.
  • Maintain CRM (HubSpot) data and assist with sales support tasks such as email outreach and scheduling meetings.
  • Coordinate company events, including internal team gatherings, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Handle internal and external communications, including calls, messages, and inquiries.
  • Assist with select marketing tasks, supporting the Executive Team as needed.
  • Keep up to date with HR trends and best practices to improve internal processes.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in office management, HR, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR administration, payroll, and CRM (HubSpot).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong time management abilities.
  • Works well under pressure and meets deadlines.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
