Job description

Our client, a fast-growing eCommerce growth agency, is looking for a dynamic SEO Content and Design Executive to join their international team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and strategic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the success of multiple brands through SEO-driven content and design strategies.

As an SEO Content and Design Executive, you will play a key role in enhancing clients' online presence by creating high-quality, optimized content and engaging visuals that drive traffic and improve conversion rates. This role blends content creation, graphic design, and SEO strategies, ensuring that clientsโ€™ websites are not only search engine-friendly but also provide a seamless and compelling user experience.

Salary - $1000pm, after 3 months and successful review increases to $1200pm

Type of Work - Full Time (REMOTE)

Work Schedule - UK hours

Requirements

  • Proven experience in SEO content creation, website content management, and graphic design.
  • Experience working with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, and WooCommerce.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including keyword optimization, metadata creation, and content structuring.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and website template customization.
  • Knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, SurferSEO) to analyze content performance and rankings.
  • Familiarity with backlink acquisition strategies and content outreach techniques.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to create engaging, high-quality content that aligns with SEO guidelines.
  • Attention to detail to maintain 99% accuracy in content uploads, metadata optimization, and formatting.
  • Strong analytical mindset to track and improve SEO performance and engagement metrics.
  • Creativity and design skills to produce engaging infographics and marketing visuals.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with SEO, CVO, and marketing teams to align content with digital strategies.

SEO Performance and Engagement Metrics:

  • Ensure 30% of published content ranks in the top 10 within 3 months.
  • Maintain an average content score of 85/100 based on readability, keyword usage, and SEO best practices.
  • Content scores below 50% AI score
  • Maintain an average time on page of over 2.5 minutes for all published content.
  • Achieve a bounce rate below 50%.
