Job description

inventYOU is looking for an Application Engineer / Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing application installations, configurations, and administration in both production and non-production environments. You will work on monitoring, performance tuning, and ensuring continuous improvements in service quality and efficiency.

Eligibility Requirement:

Please note: This position is only open to EU nationals due to the need for security clearance at some point in the project.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and administer applications across production and non-production environments.
Monitor application performance, optimize efficiency, and implement continuous improvements.
Provide support and maintenance, including incident management, change implementation, release coordination, and problem resolution.
Develop and maintain application procedure manuals, including troubleshooting guides and backup/restore plans.
Automate recurring administrative tasks and ensure proper technical documentation.
Contribute to structuring, maintaining, and enhancing the technical knowledge base for ICT Operations.
Report on application availability, performance, capacity, and overall usage as required.

Requirements

Education & Experience:

Completed university studies of at least four years, attested by a diploma, with a minimum of nine years of relevant professional experience after graduation.
OR
Completed university studies of at least three years, attested by a diploma, with a minimum of ten years of relevant professional experience after graduation.
