Devo security products team is developing the world’s first and only Autonomous SOC to revolutionize the security industry. Candidates will be working on the most cutting-edge security technology when it comes to autonomous and automated threat detections, behavioral analysis, investigations, and hunts.  
Job Summary
Devo's product advances very rapidly.  The technical writing team maintains Devo's documentation, enabling customer success with the latest capabilities.  This role is for an individual with substantial experience working with Microsoft APIs.
Responsibilities
  • You will write documentation that helps security professionals use Devo's data platform to secure critical software systems.
  • You will be the subject matter expert for integrations, making it easier for customers to use Devo's tools to pull data from APIs.  These include, but are not limited to, Microsoft APIs.
  • You will learn to use sophisticated software tools.
  • You will proactively collaborate with software developers, sales, and customer support to meet customer needs.
  • You will work remotely with colleagues in various countries.
  • You will work with documentation automation.
  • You will work with a high degree of independence.
  • As Devo is a multinational company, evening meetings will be required from time to time.
Requirements
  • Excellent writing ability in US or British English as used in business.
  • Knowledge of administration of Office 365, Azure, Graph, and Defender.  We are looking for expertise primarily in creating API credentials with the correct permissions and secondarily making API requests using those credentials. 
  • Knowledge of OAuth.
  • Higher education in a technical field or work experience in a technical role.
  • Provide a technical writing sample between 1 and 10 pages with your application.
You will stand out if you also
  • Have experience with Snare.
  • Have experience with Windows logs.
  • Have experience with Database, SIEM, or SOAR technologies.
