Virtual Therapist Wanted in California – Full-Time

If you’re a licensed therapist looking for a role that offers flexibility, support, and the ability to truly connect with clients, this opportunity is for you. We’re seeking LCSWs, LPCCs, and LMFTs to join our virtual team in California.

Job Overview:

  • Job Type: Full-time, Remote
  • Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
  • Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 per year + full benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide therapy through a secure telehealth platform.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Offer crisis intervention when required.
  • Keep thorough and accurate documentation.
  • Stay informed about the latest mental health strategies.

Requirements
