Requirements and responsibilities

As a Software Architect, you will be at the forefront of software initiatives, playing a crucial role and leading by example.

What you’ll do:

• Driving alignment, integration, and simplification across products and teams;
  
• Documentation of design decisions and development of technical specifications;
  
• Good knowledge of software and Cloud design patterns;
  
• Ensuring the scalability and performance of the developed solutions;
  
• Knowledge of designing, implementing, and working with DevOps systems;
  
• Making technical proposals, driving collaboration and consensus across teams;
  
• Identify opportunities for improvement of services, processes, and teams;
  
• Exposing technologies and organizational needs to senior leadership;
  
• Influencing product strategy.

What you'll bring:

• Completed studies in computer science, software technology, or a comparable area;
  
• You worked in an Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environment;
  
• Experience with AI projects;
  
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in both English and/or German;
  
• Problem-solving skills;
  
• Experience with code reviews and technical discussions;
  
• Experience with mentoring and coaching;
  
• Analytical thinking, commitment, and high-quality awareness;
  
• Team-oriented and strong team collaboration;
  
• IT architecture, infrastructure and cloud development (Azure/AWS/GCP);
  
• Engineering and software architecture design;
  
• DevOps Design (IaC);
  
• System and data security;
  
• Business analysis techniques and processes;
  
• Database management (relational and nonrelational);
  
• In-depth knowledge of coding language(s) (Java, Javascript/Typescript).
