About the Role:

As a Client Success Specialist for AccessOne, you will work among a team of peers who are responsible for supporting AccessOne’s small- to medium-sized provider clients with a focus on client satisfaction, transparency, and consistent growth. In addition, you may have the opportunity to be involved in process improvement, business development, and data analytics related to client performance. 

 

As a Client Success Specialist, you will:

  • Handle daily correspondence via phone and email. Logging activities in CRM as appropriate.
  • Create and facilitate weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and presentations for clients.
  • Collaborate with internal business units to ensure the client staff receive ongoing training and updates on client service-level agreements.
  • Maintain close relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Generate reports and data analytics on program performance across existing client portfolio.
  • Train clients on online website functionalities and financial processes.
  • Identify and troubleshoot data integrity issues; communicating and escalating issues as needed.
  • Support the development and testing of any new reporting or products.
  • Access multiple provider billing systems as needed.
  • Perform other client related tasks or projects as needed or assigned.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of experience with client-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or financial related industry, resolving complex issues and/or working with cross-functional teams to solve problems.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel Skills including knowledge of VLOOKUP, formulas, and client report creation.
  • Proficiency with healthcare system databases and CRM/Salesforce preferred.
  • Ability to create and analyze reports, compare the output to determine discrepancies, and identify root causes to complex issues.
