What you´ll do
Supports identifing future market trends, developments/product/service expectations and translates them into business growth opportunities
Supports Sales/Marketing in new technologies / projects / products through deep understanding of product / market / technology / customer
Analyzes and builds different future scenarios to create new paths of business incl. timing and investment planning
Develops and supports the strategy map / customer roadmaps and steers profitable growth globally / regionally / locally
Executes and customizes strategies for product / technology positioning and defines training and promotional needs with Marketing Explores and supports acquisition and divestment projects
Collaborates closely with Marketing / Sales / KAM and Business Development to steer activities
Builds relevant customer / market relationships and attends and supports relevant events, exebitions, trade fairs
Performs cross-functional coordination of processes and departments, initiates and supports innovation projects
Develops and implements business analysis instruments, provides market and competive intelligence
Aggregates product / technology / application / business model needs and communicates these to relevant key interfaces
Ensures that BDMs, Sales, KAM have the right business / market / customer transparency to prioritize activities accordingly
What makes you a good fit
Bachelor’s degree required. Preference for technical area of study.
5+ years’ experience with a deep understanding of the medical market segment.
Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset with critical thinking, problem solving, and prioritizations skills required.
Track record of developing and identifying complex commercial partnerships while delivering to growth objectives is required.
High business acumen, along with proven strategy, negotiation, and execution skills are required.
Travel to customer locations across the country will be required. Travel is expected to be 50%.
Position is 100% remote. Prefer someone that is located within commuting distance of either Rocky Hill, CT or Irvine, CA

The salary for this role is $105,200.00 - $153,200.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
