Responsibilities
Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting for cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of cloud services.
Assist with cloud migrations and deployments for clients.
Implement security best practices and compliance standards.
Work closely with clients to resolve technical issues and optimize cloud infrastructure.
Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team.
Minimum Requirements
2+ years of experience in IT support, cloud computing, or related roles
Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Experience with Linux/Windows server administration is a plus
