While we have our offices across India, we are open to hiring from any location in India. This position is Remote hiring.

We are seeking an experienced AWS API Integration Specialist to join our team. This role is focused

on designing, developing, and maintaining robust integrations using AWS services and APIs to

facilitate seamless data exchange across systems. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience

with AWS cloud services, API design, and integration best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Manage Integrations: Design, build, and maintain scalable API integrations

within the AWS ecosystem to connect various applications and services.

  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product owners, development

teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions for

integration.

  • Optimize Data Flow: Ensure efficient and secure data exchange between internal and

external systems, leveraging AWS services like API Gateway, Lambda ( using Python), Airflow , Step Functions, and

more.

  • Monitor and Troubleshoot Integrations: Continuously monitor integration performance,

identify issues, and resolve them to ensure high availability and reliability.

  • Security and Compliance: Implement security protocols for API usage, data encryption, and

access management using IAM, Cognito, or other AWS security features.

  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of API design, integration

workflows, and troubleshooting guides to support ongoing development and scaling.

  • Innovation and Improvement: Evaluate emerging AWS technologies and propose

enhancements to improve integration processes and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in API integration, cloud computing, or software development,

preferably with a focus on AWS.

  • Experience with AWS Services: In-depth experience with AWS API Gateway, Lambda, Step

Functions, CloudWatch, S3, And Other Key AWS Services.

  • Proficiency in API Development and Integration: Strong knowledge of RESTful API design,

GraphQL (preferred), and experience with JSON, XML, and other data interchange formats.

  • Programming Knowledge: Proficiency in programming languages like Python with experience in scripting and automation.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and

propose scalable solutions.

  • Knowledge of Security Best Practices: Familiarity with AWS Identity and Access

Management (IAM), token-based authentication, OAuth, and data encryption.

  • Familiarity with DevOps Tools: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code

(IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation, and version control systems like Git.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to

convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • AWS Certification: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer, or similar

certification.

  • Experience with Microservices: Knowledge of microservices architecture and the ability to

design APIs for microservices.

  • Database Knowledge: Familiarity with RDS, DynamoDB, or other databases for data

storage and retrieval
