Job Overview:

As a Lead Technical Consultant you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and support of application developed for our clients. As a member working in a team environment you will work with solution architects and developers on interpretation/translation of wireframes and creative designs into functional requirements, and subsequently into technical design.

Responsibilities

  • Migrate Google Sites to SharePoint Online, ensuring seamless data and functionality transition.
  • Rebuild Google AppScripts using Power Automate flows for process automation in Microsoft 365.
  • Transform Google Forms into SharePoint Lists for better data integration and management.
  • Rebuild Google Forms as Microsoft Forms while ensuring feature parity and usability.
  • Optimize workflows and automate business processes using Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Work closely with business users to understand existing processes and define efficient solutions in M365.
  • Ensure data integrity and security compliance during migration.
  • Provide training and documentation for end-users and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • SharePoint Online (Modern Sites, Libraries, Lists, Permissions)
  • Power Automate (Cloud Flows, Business Process Flows)
  • Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps)
  • Microsoft Forms
  • Google AppSheets, AppScripts (for understanding existing systems)
  • Google Forms to SharePoint List migration experience
  • Data Migration Tools (ShareGate, Migration Manager, Cloudiway, or equivalent)
  • JSON, REST API, and Microsoft Graph (preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
