This job role exists to assist existing Training Managers to maximize delivered revenue against booked sales by ensuring seamless training delivery resulting in world class NPS and customer retention.
Responsibilities And Duties
Assist Training Manager’s with coordination of world class Training Delivery
Assist TM’s manage Client Relationships
Assist TMs manage Instructor Relationships
Maximize revenue delivery and ensure ‘Zero’ leakage
Ensure process compliance and continuous improvement
Drive world class Feedback scores for both self and NetCom
Maintain clear and transparent communication with all stakeholders
Address all Student issues during and post class
Assist TMs to engage with Active trainers to keep the relationship cordial between NetCom and Instructors. Help provide timely performance feedback to trainers.
Assist the TMs to 100% keep the trainer profiles up to date in the Instructor Portal for all assigned Active Instructors
Assist TMs to ensure "Zero" class cancellations due to last minute trainer surprises
Share 100% class evaluations with instructors
Actively assist in sourcing trainers for new / future capability as well as contingencies for active trainers. Assist in smooth onboarding for New Trainers.
Assist TMs in making sure that 100% of New Trainers have gone through NetCom Onboarding and cleared minimum standard for teaching a class
Assist TMs with all TDRs.
Position Minimal Qualifications
2-3 years experience in a Technology Training environment
Broad understanding of the technology training
Familiarity with Virtual Training platforms
Time management
Process Compliance
Exercises professionalism always when dealing with external and internal customers
Project and Time management. effectively manage time and resources in order to achieve high productivity and efficiency
Impeccable English communication
Strong business acumen, strategic insight, and interpersonal savvy to work with senior managers and executives
Good computer skills; i.e., Excel, Outlook, Microsoft applications
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
