We are currently hiring adjunct faculty to teach AVMG 501– Aviation Law and Regulations for our Worldwide Campus.

Course Description

This course offers an in-depth analysis of international and domestic aviation laws and regulations, tracing their historical development and their contemporary impact on global air transportation. Students will critically evaluate legal cases, recent regulatory changes, and their implications for airlines. Topics include airspace sovereignty, aviation liability, environmental regulations, and the legal framework governing international air travel.

Please note that ERAU policy requires that all adjuncts be physically located within the United States while working for the University, including during training. Presently, we are able to support work for new adjuncts from all U.S. states except California.  ERAU does not support work from international locations with some limited exceptions for individuals who are residing and working from U.S. military bases. 

If selected for this role, the candidate will be required to provide proof of stated qualifications. This includes, but is not limited to, official transcripts, copies of professional licenses/certifications, documentation of military experience, and/or verified professional industry related experience.

Graduate Degree from List and Relevant Experience/Industry Credential (detailed and verifiable documentation required and Program Coordinator approval). 5 Years (or more) Aviation Law/Legal/Regulatory Experience.
