The Opportunity

As our Global Benefits Partner, you'll design, plan, implement and manage UserTesting’s Americas, EMEA and APAC benefits plans. You'll oversee our global benefits programs, including health, life insurance, disability, retirement, leave of absence, and wellness programs, to ensure that programs are globally competitive and compliant with the local country regulations. 

  • Develop, implement and administer benefits programs and processes across all geographies (Americas, EMEA, APAC)

  • Conduct benefits benchmarking, gap analysis and make recommendations to ensure the competitiveness and cost efficiency of all benefits programs

  • Maintain the global benefits annual calendar and roadmap to ensure all activities are planned out and completed on time (renewals, enrollment, invoice management, survey participation, compliance, etc.)

  • Lead annual benefits redesign and negotiation of benefits costs that align with the total rewards and company strategy

  • Manage retirement plans globally (401k, pensions, etc)

  • Create and execute employee communication plans for renewal and enrollment processes

  • Implement benefits module in Workday for non-US countries

  • Develop, communicate and roll out a global wellness program

  • Partner with brokers, carriers and vendors and oversee implementation activities, renewals, file feeds, reporting, etc.

  • Support People Operations, People Business Partners and Employees by serving as the escalation point and solution provider for complex benefits issues

  • Ensure compliance with all benefits laws, regulations and requirements across all geographies (audits, pension certifications, reporting, etc.)

  • Establish and maintain benefits policies and manage benefits processing (enrollment changes, leaves of absence, etc.)

  • Identify and lead benefits-related process, tool, and system improvement projects

What we're looking for

  • Multiple years of progressive benefits experience, minimally with the US but ideally across multiple countries

  • Extensive knowledge of benefits laws and regulations on a global scale

  • Experience with benefits modules in HR systems, preferably Workday, and integrations/file feeds between HR systems and vendors/carriers

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with empathy and influence others

  • Highly organized with the ability to successfully manage multiple high priorities

  • Deep analytical skills with the ability to conduct research, analyze and interpret data

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to see matters through to resolution

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google sheets and proficiency in other Microsoft/Google applications (docs, slides, etc.)
