About the Role & Why It's Exciting

Your main mission is to create an influencer brand for the Founder & CEO of the Agency, taking ownership of growing her social accounts, press, and speaking presence. You will not be required to produce long educational content. Instead, you’ll spend time on Twitter, analyzing the trends, engaging in replies, establishing connections, organizing Twitter Spaces, AMAs, and coming up with innovative ideas to connect with the target audience.

About You

You come with 3-5 years of experience in marketing and/or running a marketing team, preferably in a Marketing Agency or in-house.
You have strong track record of building personal brands (e.g. Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, press, conference pitching).
You are up to date with modern social media tactics and you understand which trends work and which don’t.
You have a deep-seated understanding of the crypto industry, the prevailing narratives, and trends.
You’re able to take ownership of results, establish meaningful connections in the Web3 community, identify low-hanging fruits, and execute strategies to achieve tangible social growth.
Of course, your written and verbal English is close to perfect and you can write the content yourself when needed.
