Job description

We are looking for a Head​ ​of​ ​Brand​ ​to help us spread the word about Reliance Health , shape the way that the world sees Reliance Health and grow our market share within new & existing markets and audiences.     

The Head of Brand’s mission will be to translate Reliance Health’s mission and vision into a relevant and relatable brand within markets where we operate. You will define and build a brand & content strategy that can support the go-to-market plans, increase our brand awareness within operating markets and enable our demand generation goals.   

As Head of Brand, you are passionate about building a brand with a personality and most importantly a great sense of purpose. You will be our brand ambassador, advocate and police (where and when it is needed).    

  • Manage ​a​ ​team​ ​of​ ​marketers​ to develop a ​ ​'demand​ ​generation​ ​first' brand​ ​that is optimized to fuel demand generation and to meet business goals & objectives  
  • Lead​ ​content​ ​and​ ​thought​ ​leadership​ ​strategy​ ​  
  • Oversee production of marketing and sales collaterals to ensure a consistent brand and messaging narrative   
  • Develop a content plan / calendar that supports our overall GTM marketing strategy   
  • Work with content and creative marketers to generate captivating one pagers, videos, sales and tradeshow decks, website content, social updates and other collaterals which will serve thought leadership and demand generation goals  
  • Lead​ ​the​ ​company's​ ​PR​ ​strategy​ to maximize brand exposure when needed 
  • Building​ ​a​ ​global​ ​brand​ that would deliver an affordable, delightful and accessible healthcare to the emerging markets  
  • Educating​ ​and​ ​aligning​ ​the​ ​company​ around the brand's direction, choices and tactics  

Requirements

 

  • Experience with scaling​ ​SaaS/Consumer​ ​brands​ ​successfully across the globe  
  • Familiar with both​ ​B2B​ ​landscape​, having sold into businesses large and small  
  • Leading​ ​from​ ​the​ ​front​ with a native's command of English, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills  
  • Comfortable with numbers​, metrics and spreadsheets as well as words  
  • Head​ ​of​ ​Brand​ ​/​ ​Marketing​ ​(3-5​ ​years)​ ​experience​  
  • Agile​ ​marketing​ ​mindset​, adapting quickly to changing market conditions and business requirements  
  • The ability to think​ ​beyond​ the​ ​space​ ​outside​ ​the​ ​box  
  • Have superior organisational skills, prioritise ruthlessly  
  • Ability to lead, coach, enable and grow a team  
  • Candidate must be based in Nigeria
