What you'll be doing
Here are a few hints on what you are expected to do at Taxually:

  • Providing our users with an outstanding customer experience - it is part of our mission to make Taxually users feel satisfied with our toolkit and service
  • Supporting clients with the onboarding via email, phone and chat
  • Making sure our clients know how to register
  • Assisting with retention processes for existing customers
  • Fielding complaints and ensuring customer solutions and satisfaction
  • Collaborating with other departments
  • Guiding clients through various platforms
  • This role will focus on the US time-zones

What you'll need:

With the right attitude there is nothing you can't achieve. Nevertheless bringing the following fundamental skills may help you succeed in your role at Taxually:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success
  • Native/Professional English language knowledge
  • Any additional European language is a plus
  • Empathy and love for helping people
  • Remote customer service experience (phone, email, chat)
  • Ability to understand and explain complex issues in an easy manner
  • Excellent organization & communication skills
  • If you are a driven, self-motivated and highly flexible team player on top of being a self-learner and independent problem-solver, we will not even ask you for a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
