Mon Tue Wed - 9AM - 1PM Florida time
Thu-Fri - 5PM - 9PM Florida time

Responsibilities

The role's main task is to partner up with the company's Content Writer and other teams for the company's Youtube channel.

Audio & Video Production

Assist in recording and live-streaming podcast episodes.
Set up and operate microphones, cameras, lighting, and recording equipment.
Perform audio editing, noise reduction, and mixing to enhance sound quality.
Edit video footage for podcast promotions or YouTube uploads.
Ensure consistent audio levels and remove background noise or errors.

Post-Production & Editing

Edit and produce podcast episodes using software like Adobe Audition, Pro Tools, or Audacity.
Add intro/outro music, sound effects, and advertisements as required.
Sync audio and video files for multi-camera productions.
Format and export final files for various platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, etc.).

Technical Support & Equipment Management

Maintain and troubleshoot audio and video equipment.
Organize and archive raw and edited audio/video files.
Assist in setting up remote recording sessions and ensuring high-quality sound.

Marketing & Distribution Support

Create short promotional clips for social media.
Assist in writing episode descriptions and show notes.
Upload and schedule podcast episodes on distribution platforms.

Requirements

Experience with audio editing software (Adobe Audition, Pro Tools, Audacity, or similar).
Familiarity with video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve).
Knowledge of podcast recording equipment (microphones, mixers, cameras, lighting).
Basic understanding of sound engineering, audio processing, and post-production workflows.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
