Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:
  • Contract type: Independent Contractor
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday - flexible schedule during client's business hours 8 AM to 8 PM Uruguay time

Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of all initiatives

  • Create and schedule engaging social media content across multiple platforms

  • Design graphics and potentially edit videos for various marketing materials

  • Monitor and analyze website and social media metrics, providing regular reports and insights

  • Assist with basic website content management and blog post publishing

  • Support email marketing efforts, including newsletter creation and management

  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement marketing strategies

  • Stay updated on social media trends and best practices in the travel industry



Requirements
  • Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS)

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on marketing metrics

  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Basic understanding of SEO principles

  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Interest or experience in the travel industry is a plus
