Key Responsibilities:

Write, design, and send engaging newsletters to existing clients, highlighting weekly feature updates and upcoming major releases to build anticipation and drive engagement.
Knowledge Base & Client Resources:
Create and update knowledge base content to ensure clients have access to clear, up-to-date, and helpful resources.
Social Media & Content Creation:
Develop compelling content for LinkedIn and other social media platforms to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
Graphic & Digital Design:
Utilize design tools to create high-quality digital assets, including LinkedIn banners, email templates (Mailchimp), brochures, flyers, and marketing materials for conferences.
Product Visualization & AI Integration:
Design GIFs and other visual content to simplify complex software functionalities for better user understanding.
Stay curious and proactive in leveraging AI tools to enhance content creation and marketing efforts.
Key Qualifications:
4+ years of strong digital marketing experience, preferably in the health sector (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS)
Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to craft engaging content for different platforms.
Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) for creating digital assets.
Experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp.
Ability to distill technical information into clear, concise, and engaging content.
A creative, strategic mindset with a keen interest in AI-powered marketing tools.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
