Job Title: Project Manager

Role Overview
As an Project Manager, you will support the successful execution of eLearning projects, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage customer interactions, and assist in maintaining project budgets and timelines. This position requires familiarity with the eLearning industry, basic project management principles, and an understanding of instructional design.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in creating project plans aligned with requirements and goals.

2. Support the achievement of:

   • Quality standards

   • On-time delivery

   • Customer satisfaction

   • Budget adherence

3. Coordinate between Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Instructional Designers (IDs), and media teams to ensure smooth project execution.

4. Facilitate customer interactions and manage expectations to strengthen relationships.

5. Provide structured and timely feedback to internal and external stakeholders.

6. Encourage innovative solutions for:

   • Cost optimization

   • Productivity improvement

   • Quality enhancement

7. Help manage team logistics, including work allocation, scheduling, and resolving conflicts.

8. Prepare billing and management reports for clients and internal review.

9. Track and manage work assignments for contractual and external resources.

10. Ensure optimal resource utilization, focusing on:

    • Team capacity

    • Cost-effective use of tools and vendors
