Legal Intern

 

Role Overview

As a Contract Administration Intern, you will assist our Contract Administration team in managing contracts, ensuring compliance, and supporting internal processes. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in contract management, negotiation, and interdepartmental collaboration within a fast-paced environment. You will also gain exposure to shadowing contract negotiations and participating in internal meetings, providing valuable insights into professional communication and decision-making processes.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in organizing and maintaining contracts and other documentation.
  • Help coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information for contract preparation.
  • Shadow contract negotiation sessions with attorneys to observe strategies, relationship-building, and resolution techniques.
  • Participate in internal meetings to understand project coordination and stakeholder communication.
  • Contribute to achieving project goals by assisting in other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
