Job description

This is a remote position.

This job post is open to Filipino and Colombian candidates.

Scope
  • Full-time role: Monday to Friday from 9AM to 6PM Pacific Time (1:00 AM to 10:00 AM Manila Time)
  • Focus on companies based in the USA
  • No specified industries or technologies
  • Use existing database of prospects
Responsibilities:
  • Develop end-to-end client staffing solutions and oversee account management.
  • Build and nurture relationships to generate additional revenue through new prospects.
  • Drive customer acquisition and expansion, leading both business development activities and account management efforts by collaborating effectively with recruiting teams.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients' hiring managers, understanding their business and needs to ensure expectations are met.
  • Take ownership of client relationships, managing the entire sales cycle and exploring opportunities to expand scope and services.
  • Establish relationships with consultants on client assignments, monitoring engagement, and gaining a deeper understanding of client needs.
Qualifications:
  • Self-motivated individual with a proven track record in prospecting, establishing, and maintaining profitable account relationships within the services industry.
  • Possess an established book of business.
  • Ability to overcome objections, identify buying signals, and successfully close deals.
  • Previous experience in staffing sales with corporations.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
  • Proven experience positioning and selling staffing solutions to new customers and market segments.
