Job description

This is a remote position.

A leading and rapidly growing company in the currency and FX solutions industry, is seeking a motivated Admin and Customer Support Assistant to join their dynamic team. This fully remote, full-time role involves engaging with existing customers via email and phone, providing assistance with platform-related inquiries, and ensuring seamless customer experiences. By building strong relationships and offering expert support, the Admin and Customer Support Assistant will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and helping clients maximize the benefits of the company’s FX solutions.

Responsibilities:
Engage with existing customers via email and calls, understanding their needs and providing efficient and effective solutions.
Present the services effectively, highlighting how to help customers achieve significant savings with their currency and FX solutions.
Maintain accurate records of interactions using the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize the customer experience.

Requirements
Proven track record in customer support and administrative roles.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly and understand client needs.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Experience in banking, finance, FX industries or a related field is a plus.
Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, CRM and video conferencing tools. (Training will be provided, but some knowledge of these tools, or similar ones, would be beneficial).
