Job description


Responsibilities

  • Addressing user inquiries encompassing:
    • Account registration and management
    • KYC-related questions
    • Promotion and event inquiries
    • Wallet and asset-related concerns
  • Handling escalation and ensuring follow-up of user inquiries with internal stakeholders
  • Engaging in community management and providing support across various channels

What we seek in you

  • Proficiency in both Traditional Chinese and English at a business level to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
  • Previous experience working within a cryptocurrency exchange
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team in a 24/7 trading environment
  • Background in financial trading, particularly within cryptocurrency exchanges
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to have

  • Genuine interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies
  • Familiarity with Zendesk, Slack, and Sumsub platforms
  • Prior experience in community management or support roles
  • Background in high-growth startup/tech company environments
