Min 2.5 years Proven Experience in customer support (call center, help desk, or related roles). Proficiency in Zendesk for ticket management and customer support. Familiarity with Slack for internal team communication. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Core responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and address customer inquiries. Respond to customer emails with professionalism and accuracy. Engage with customers via live chat to provide real-time assistance. Return voicemails and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. Use Zendesk to track, manage, and resolve customer support tickets. Prioritize and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team. Troubleshoot common technical or product-related issues and provide step-by-step guidance. Use Slack to coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution. Share customer feedback and common concerns to help improve products/services. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for future reference.
