Required Qualifications:
A university degree in a relevant field.
Deep knowledge of disability products, processes, and best practices.
2-3 years of proven leadership experience with exceptional leadership skills.
Expertise in coaching, mentoring, and developing talent.
Proficiency in English and French will be an asset. The successful candidate will be required to communicate in English and French in order to support clients from various jurisdictions outside of Quebec.
