About the Role:

Solen Software Group is seeking an experienced HR Consultant (Part-Time, Fractional) to provide high-level HR guidance and support. This role is ideal for an HR Director-level professional with expertise in benefits administration, PEO partnerships, visa processes, and M&A/acquisitions.

Responsibilities:

• Advise on benefits strategy and optimize relationships with Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs).

• Provide guidance on visa sponsorships and immigration processes for employees.

• Support HR due diligence and integration efforts related to acquiring companies.

• Offer strategic HR counsel on compliance, policies, and best practices.

• Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives.

• Occasionally visit the office for key meetings and discussions.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in HR leadership (HR Director or similar).

• Strong knowledge of benefits administration, PEOs, and visa processes.

• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and integrating acquired companies.

• Ability to work independently and provide strategic, consultative HR support.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

This is a flexible, remote position with an estimated 10-hour weekly commitment, though some weeks may require additional hours based on business needs.
