About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Engineer with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in software testing and quality assurance. As a Senior QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead testing efforts, and drive continuous improvement in our QA processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of software applications.

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to identify potential issues early in the development process and contribute to improving the overall product quality.

• Conduct thorough manual testing, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing, to identify and document defects effectively.

• Perform root cause analysis on defects and work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution and prevent their recurrence.

• Continuously improve testing processes and strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our QA efforts.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies related to quality assurance and testing and apply relevant advancements to our QA processes.

• Collaborate with the QA team to create and maintain a comprehensive test environment, ensuring it accurately reflects the production environment.

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or in a similar role for a minimum of 3-5 years.

• At least 6 months experience in automation or testing using any AI tools.

• Solid knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.

• Strong proficiency in manual testing techniques, with the ability to design and execute test cases effectively.

• Experience with test management tools and bug tracking systems.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and experience in Agile testing practices.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in handling and mentoring teams, conducting one-to-one meetings with team members, and providing constructive feedback.
