As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring top technical talent across Engineering, Product, Data, and Design while contributing to a mission-driven company that’s scaling organically. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to develop and execute hiring strategies that build high-performing teams.

In this role, you'll;

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for a variety of technical roles.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines of technical talent through online channels, networking, and events.
• Partner with hiring managers, including senior leadership, to deeply understand their teams’ needs and act as a trusted advisor on hiring strategies and best practices.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess technical skills, cultural alignment, and long-term fit within the organization.
• Track and analyze key recruiting metrics (e.g., conversion rates, passthrough rates, time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates) to optimize hiring processes and reporting continuously.
• Maintain clean, consistent, and accurate data in our ATS (Greenhouse) to support a data-driven recruiting approach.
• Drive diversity hiring initiatives, ensuring fair and inclusive recruiting practices that result in a diverse talent pipeline.
• Support interviewer training, hiring process improvements, and documentation to enhance the overall recruitment function.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience owning recruitment processes end-to-end. 
• 4+ years of in-house recruiting experience with a strong focus on engineering, product, data science, and design hiring.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience partnering closely with senior leaders and hiring managers.
• Analytical mindset with experience using recruiting metrics and data to inform hiring strategies.
• Experience negotiating complex offers, and closing candidates.
• Proficiency in modern Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Greenhouse) like Ashby, or Lever.
