Role Summary:
The Onboarding Manager is responsible for guiding brands through the critical early stages of their GRIN journey. This role requires a strong project management mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and a customer-first approach to ensure each brand is operationally ready to succeed. The OM will oversee multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, ensuring brands are set up for success with the GRIN platform while managing timelines, action items, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams.
What You'll Do:
- Own and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for brands, ensuring seamless platform setup and adoption.
- Guide brands through the technical setup, including connecting e-commerce platforms, email providers, and social media accounts
- Conduct structured walkthroughs of the GRIN platform, covering key areas such as brand setup, recruitment tools, activations, and reporting.
- Maintain detailed project plans for each onboarding, ensuring brands complete key milestones on time.
- Manage follow-ups and action items between sessions, holding brands accountable to progress goals.
- Send personalized recap emails after each session, summarizing discussions, providing helpful resources, and outlining next steps.
- Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and onboarding-related inquiries, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Work closely with Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Support to provide a smooth transition from pre-sale to onboarding to long-term adoption.
- Monitor adoption metrics while brands are in onboarding and report on progress monthly to leadership, ensuring alignment and proactive intervention when necessary.
- Identify early signs of risk and proactively address potential adoption challenges before they impact success.
- Continuously refine onboarding processes, leveraging customer feedback and internal insights to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
