Description

The CSA Contract Performance Lead is a key role within INNIO's Services department, responsible for maintaining Contractual Service Agreement (CSA) templates and special release rules. The role aims to enhance customer satisfaction and EBITDA figures for the global CSA fleet, and reports to the Team Lead Product Performance Service Agreements.

In this role, your responsibilities will be: 
  • Optimizing performance and outcomes of various Service business areas, CSA (Contractual Service Agreement) processes, and CSA contract templates.
  • Enhancing CSA contract templates and special release rules through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Identifying non-profitable contracts and implementing corrective and preventive measures.
  • Conducting structured performance reviews in collaboration with Service Finance.
  • Supporting Contract Lifecycle Management Tools and improving data accuracy. 
Your Profile:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with service operations.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s Degree in an engineering discipline or HTL – mechanical, electrical, or industrial/business engineer with a minimum of 5 years’ service experience in the energy sector.
  • Fluent in spoken and written Polish and English, German is a plus.
  • Deep knowledge of Service Businesses, preferably Multi-Year Agreements.
  • Substantial professional service experience in the energy industry.
  • Strong commercial and technical background.
  • Ability to deliver results while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
