We’re looking for a Senior Facilities Manager to ensure our locations run seamlessly, scaling our operational capabilities as we grow. This role is perfect for a strategic problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

What You’ll Do

Facilities Leadership & Team Development

• Lead and develop on-site teams by providing guidance, resources, and support to ensure operational excellence.

• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and proactive problem-solving across all locations.

• Empower local teams to manage day-to-day facility operations effectively while maintaining high standards.

Operational Excellence & Multi-Site Oversight

• Oversee daily facility operations across 11 warehouse locations, ensuring consistency in execution and facility upkeep.

• Implement scalable processes that drive efficiency in preventive maintenance, ticket resolution, and vendor management.

• Identify and execute cost-saving initiatives while maintaining high operational standards and facility integrity.

Vendor & Contract Management

• Manage relationships with third-party vendors, including maintenance, cleaning, security, and utilities, ensuring contract compliance and performance tracking.

• Lead the transition and onboarding of Managed Service Providers (MSPs) for IT infrastructure, network security, and access control.

• Optimize vendor agreements to ensure cost efficiency while upholding high service quality.

Safety, Compliance & Risk Mitigation

• Ensure all locations operate within OSHA regulations, safety protocols, and local building codes.

• Develop and enforce preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and unexpected failures.

• Implement standardized SLA frameworks for ticketing to maintain response and resolution times that align with business needs.

Strategic Facilities Planning & Growth

• Maintain and optimize key warehouse infrastructure, including docks, material handling equipment, HVAC systems, and security access.

• Oversee installation, maintenance, and upgrades of warehouse equipment to support evolving business demands.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership and operations teams to align facility projects with long-term company goals.

• Proactively identify facility improvements that enhance efficiency, scalability, and sustainability.

What You Bring

Facilities Leadership: You have 5+ years of experience managing facilities operations across multiple locations, with a deep understanding of warehouse infrastructure, preventive maintenance, and vendor management. You excel at creating scalable processes that drive efficiency and reliability.

Multi-Site Operations: You have a proven ability to oversee daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistency and operational excellence. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can balance competing priorities effectively.

Vendor & Contract Management: You are skilled in managing third-party vendors, ensuring contract compliance, performance tracking, and accountability. You have experience negotiating agreements that optimize cost while maintaining high service standards.

Strategic Problem-Solving: You excel at identifying and resolving facility challenges before they escalate. You proactively develop solutions that enhance efficiency, minimize downtime, and support business growth.

Budget & Cost Management: You have experience managing budgets, forecasting facility needs, and identifying cost-saving initiatives without compromising operational quality.

Compliance & Safety Expertise: You understand OSHA regulations, safety protocols, and building codes, ensuring that all locations operate within compliance standards and maintain the highest level of safety.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: You work effectively with leadership, operations teams, and external partners to align facility operations with business goals. You have strong communication skills and can present ideas and solutions clearly.

Hands-On & Detail-Oriented: You lead by example, ensuring that warehouses and workspaces are fully operational, well-maintained, and continuously improving to meet the evolving needs of the business.

Location Requirement

This role requires you to be based near one of our 11 warehouse locations to effectively oversee operations and ensure on-site support as needed.
