iTech AG is looking to hire a ServiceNow Developer to support our federal government contract. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will provide software configuration across various technical areas, analyze business requirements, develop technical requirements, and develop and design application modules, workflows, and catalog requests.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Configure the ServiceNow application.
Carry out unit testing and defect resolution.
Assist in the migration of the changes to production.
Assist with technical design and documentation.
Perform other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Three (3) years of experience with development in the ServiceNow platform.
Exposure to providing support to code migrations through multiple environments.
Experience with Agile development environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
ServiceNow CAD certification
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management, Information Systems, or a related discipline
ServiceNow CSA certification
SECURITY CLEARANCE
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
